I have purchased an ink refill kit designed for deskjet 2742e. However, after changing out original HP ink cartridge for counterfeit ink cartridges, the printer no longer prints. Yes, there's ink. I heard that printer will only work with original HP cartridges. If this is true, I will never buy another HP product in my life.

 

Can someone help me to get the counterfeit ink cartridges to work and my printer to print?
