I purchased a new printer 2 months ago, it came with a 5 month free trial of Instant Ink + A £32 prepaid card, I set up the printer following the instructions provided and enrolled in Instant Ink. I have now noticed that I did not received the 5 month trial and instead the last 2 months have been pay for out of the prepaid card.
This has been particularly frustrating because under the assumption I was on a free trial I chose a more costly plan, which means after being unexpectedly charge the prepaid credit has mostly been wasted.
Any advice would be appreciated

Could you send me an image of the promotional offer(box or the leaflet that came with the printer)?
Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
