I have had my printer and HP6055 all in one for years now, but I never receive any ink. It comes out of my bank account every month. How do I get it? I’ve looked all over the website. They’re charging me money each month based on the number of pages I print, but I’m not getting ink and I don’t know the best way to get ink or how to cancel the monthly payment if they’re not going to send it

I understand you have an instant ink subscription, but you have not received ink for a long time. Let me try to find all the help in getting this solved for you.

Please help us with the Printer serial number or the product number, or the Instant Ink ID in a private message for further assistance.

To access your private messages, simply click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile and send a private message to me with the serial number, because we value your privacy.
