Not very helpful when you are not enrolled in the Instant Ink program. Your printer will not work unless you have Instant Ink.
Not fair, and no rollovers. Certainly not Senior Citizen friendly price wise.

Have you canceled your instant ink account?
I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account.
please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
