Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer

I can never get a human on live chat! The piece of crap Virtual Assistant need to be deleted if it refuses to transfer me to a human, especially since it doesn't understand English! What part of "I want to speak to a human" does it not understand? Even when I call HP, it is nearly impossible to get to a human. Funny how I can't get a human on product or billing issues BUT they sure  as hell will speedily take my m0ney every month with no problems. If I can never get a human to talk to, then I should get free ink and paper for life!
