Firstly I do not use my printer very often but today when I printed a sheet from a pdf file it had parts of the text missing, letters not complete, I tprinted a couple more after aligning print heads and also cleaning but the page was the same albeit missing bits were not in same places.

I read somewhere about trying different or new cartridges but as I have an Instant Ink subscription I do not have any until ink is low enough for HP to send me some it isn't possible to try this.

I have attached one page to show missing bits...

Any help would be appreciated.Form.jpg

Your ink dried because you don't use your printer often. Start a clean printhead cycle from printers menu and check did print quality get better.

@valsimot thanks for your input, I have tried the the clean cycle which didn't make any difference as I mentioned in my post.

Maybe I will try it again to see if it helps.

 

I also tried alignment and removing cartridges to clean connections but not print head.

 

Not sure what else I can do other than try new cartridges but as I mentioned I haven't got any as on Instant ink subscription and levels are all high.
