Hey there, I got a printer for Christmas that said it came with 9 months of instant ink if I had activated instant ink within 7 days and so I activated it the same day I set the printer up, but it's been over 7 days and it still shows 2 instead of the 9. There wasn't a code or anything anywhere so I'm not really sure what the problem could be
