I put in new printer ink and my printer keeps saying "Only one set of Instant Ink Ready cartridges can be used in a printer. Remove and replace with other cartridges.  I am not in the Instant Ink Ready program. I bought my ink at Staples.  My Printer is a HP OfficeJet Pro All-in-One Printer and the ink is HP 962 for the Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow.  My black is HP 962XL.  The message is showing the CMY.

Please help!

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

I understand you received an "Only one set of instant ink ready cartridges can be used in a printer" error.

 

Let's try these steps below. 

Let's turn off web services and check if that helps.

 

--->Touch the wifi icon ((i)) on the printer and take down the IP address

--->Open a web browser (ex Chrome or Mozilla) and type in the printer's IP

---> click on web services and remove web services
