I'm having the same problem! Very confusing. No matter how many times I try I get

"Order failed to process

Code MBE00040

We're sorry! Something went wrong and your order failed to process. Please restart your cart and try again."

So for me the fix ended up being very easy. I spoke to an HP Rep and he said everything was good and I may need to use another credit card. At that time I didn't understand how that would be a solution as my credit card was okay. I'm not sure if it was a conflict with my credit card being already used on my HP Ink plan, but what I did was cleared the browser cache, and I used a different credit card and I got through instantly....

Let me know if this worked for you..

I have the same problem and have received no help. I've tried different devices, cleared my cache and cookies. Still getting error message. Why am I being stopped from enrolling in all in plan? I just started school again and could really use this service right now

Did you try using a different credit card. That ended up working for me when I got that error along with some other tweaks that I mentioned before, in which I believe you've done. So if you haven't tried using another card, please try it.

It worked for me.
