Ordering Instant Ink for printer

My personal information gives my address and says UK.

When I try and sign up for Instant Ink, the shipping address comes up right but with Republic of Ireland in blue.

I cannot change Ireland to UK, so the order cannot go any further.

What can I do?  Can I ask a question to HP on line anywhere?

To assist you better, are you trying to enroll the printer in Instant Ink?

Are you in the UK? If not, you cannot enroll the printer with UK address.

If you are in the UK, try using a different web browser like Chrome or Firefox

Make sure the date and the time on the computer are set right.
