I have ran out of color ink cartridges and it says I won't be shipped any until next week but I need some ASAP!!!  What can I do? I have NEVER ran out of cartridges early and I've used this service for many years!

I completely understand how frustrating this is, especially when you’ve relied on Instant Ink for years and suddenly need color ink urgently. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

To help you as quickly as possible, we’ll need to check your Instant Ink account details and shipment status.
 

What we need from you

Please share one of the following in a private message:

  • Your Instant Ink account email ID, or
  • Your Instant Ink ID/printer serial number (privately, for security)

Once we have that, we can:

  • Review why the cartridges ran out early
  • Check the status of the pending shipment
  • See if there are expedited options, an early shipment, or any account adjustments available
     

What you can do right now (short-term options)

  • You may temporarily purchase a standard HP color cartridge locally (office supply store, retailer, etc.) so you’re not blocked.
  • Once Instant Ink cartridges arrive, you can install them and continue as normal.
  • If you’re enrolled in Instant Ink, any unused locally purchased cartridge can still be used later if needed.
     

Please send your Instant Ink details via private message, and I’ll make sure this is reviewed promptly so we can get you the best possible help.
