I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 series printer and have been enrolled in Instant Ink.  I am out of back ink and low on the colors.  The HP Instant Ink web page says that the cartridges have been shipped but there is no tracking number.  I called 3 days ago and they couldn't give me any information but told me not to worry.  Since, I'm out of ink, I asked them to overnight replacement ink.  They wouldn't do that.  I have now been out of ink for weeks with no indication that ink is on the way.  There seem to be serious problems with this program.  The only reason to subscribe is to make sure I always have ink and that is not happening.  Very displeased.

I called again.  This time they acknowledged the problem and promised to "expedite" shipping.  Still no ink and no tracking number.  Bizarrely, the rep tried to sell me a new printer subscription.  Why would I do that if I can't even get them to keep my ink supplied despite multiple phone calls and faithful monthly payments?  Very disappointed in HP.
