Out of ink

The perk of using HP Instant Ink is supposed to be you never run out of ink, yet today I'm out of ink.  You can't reach anyone but a bot who can just say it's shipped and supposed to be here in a week.  That's not acceptable when I need it for work the rest of the week.  The cartridges in the stores don't last as long as these cartridges, which is partly why I joined.  They need to sell these types of cartridges in the stores so that I can buy when I need them.

Does anyone have a way to reach someone at HP that gets you past the bots?  I'm disappointed that I'm paying for a service that isn't doing what it's supposed to do, but I can reach anyone at HP to discuss it.

Thank you.  Support unfortunately isn't opened on weekends, which is definitely inconvenient, but I am satisfied with the service I was able to finally get. I was able to contact support today and they were able to expedite shipping of cartridges to me.
