HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer

When Purchased the New OfficeJet early this year, HP agreed to accepting two sets of cartridges from my old machine that I turned in:  1. One set unused and in original box and 2. the other half full extracted from the old machine.  The unused set would extend the 3 months of ink supply by one month.  I sent two sets of cartridges in original HP box containers with the mailer label I was instructed to use affixed to the boxes.  A little over a month later, the two boxes were returned, rejected by HP.  I then called, and was told new mailers were going to be sent to me. Another 3 weeks passed and no mailers from HP came to me.  I then again contacted HP Ink and this time was told that HP Instant Ink no longer sends out mailers and I would have to come to this website to request mailers.  I have not been able to find where on the website I can request that.

What angers me most is that after years of paying out for ink cartridges that for the most part were not needed when the system sent them to me and clearly stating all of that when purchasing my new OfficeJet and that issue of disposing of cartridges on hand; this company just ignores it all.  I have three sets of cartridges now. Shall I violate HP's environmental protection touting and put them in my garbage can?  What about that HP Ink?

@ClarenceE, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I understand your frustration. You can recycle your HP cartridges through their HP Recycling Page. Just visit HP's Recycling Page to request a return label. Alternatively, check for local drop-off locations. Avoid throwing them away; recycling is the better option.

Kindly refer to this: HP Ink & Toner Cartridge Recycling | HP® Official Site

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
