Can someone please give me a simple answer.
I am a UK customer and have been with instant ink since 2015. I am on the 1500 page per month, and as a teacher, I quite often go over this. Last month (for example) I printed 3000 sheets and had a bill for £91.00
This month, I signed up for the trial paper subscription. There was no mention of extra charges for paper if I went over my 1500 sheets. I have since found in the small print, that on top of my 15 pages for £1 charges, which I was paying just for ink, there seems to be an addition charge of 10 sheets for 50p (5p per sheet) for paper, if I go over my 1500 sheets.
1) Why put this in the small print? If this is true, make it clear.
2) If it is true, then (as there are 500 sheets in a ream) you are charging your customers £25 for ONE ream of paper.
3) How much (for both ink and paper) will you charge me if I go over my 1500 sheet allowance?
Loyal (but upset) customer since 2015.

Hi @PennineAcute,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
When you sign up for an HP Instant Ink plan, you pay a monthly fee to print a defined number of pages per month. The plans are based on the number of pages that you print, not on how many ink cartridges you use. Ink cartridges are automatically shipped out when the ink cartridges are low on ink.
There is no charge for ink cartridges.
The pages which you have not printed will get accumulated as rollover pages. These rollover pages can be used for printing after you finish printing the regular pages allocated for that month. If the page count exceeds the defined number of pages per month, then you will be charged a definite amount for every 10 sets of pages after the rollover pages expires.
Replacement ink cartridges are automatically shipped when your ink cartridges have enough ink to print twice the number of pages included in your monthly plan. You do not receive replacement ink cartridges every month, but they should arrive before you run out of ink.
You may check the instant ink terms and conditions from the link: https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/terms
I hope this answers your question.
Take care and have a good day.

Thank you for your response, but it did not answer my question as you only mentioned ink.
As I user of instant ink for eight years, I know how the ink part of instant ink works.
As my billing date is 2 July 2023, I am hoping you can give me an answer before then - otherwise I will have to cancel my paper.
I want to know how much are the extra charges for paper when I exceed my 1500 sheet allowance, which I do on a regular occurrance?
