I was way overcharged when I didn’t approve of 32 dollars being taken from my account. How do I apply for a refund to get my money back. I only approved the .99/month since I rarely print . The most I should have been charged is 3.99 and I was accidentally charged 32.00. What should I do know. I have a shipment being held up due to lack of funds from this error and am very upset over this. Please help!
