Product: HP DeskJet 4322 All-in-One Printer

I have been charged £6.49 instead of £1.79 for the 10 page plan. I haven't printed anything let alone go over my page allowance.

 

I'm happy for the payment to go through if the 100 pages can be added to my account, if not then I need to be refunded the overcharge £4.70
