HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

I printed a 5 page document, but for some reason the printer printed 50 blank pages. When i looked at the print queue, it clearly said it was a 5 page document. I do not see anywhere where i can communicate that i should only be charged for 5 pages today, not 50 pages. Thank you.

Hi @robinhoodventur,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Thank you for reaching out regarding your recent printing issue. We understand your concern about being charged for 50 pages instead of the intended 5 pages, especially since the additional pages were blank. We’re here to help.

HP Instant Ink is designed to ensure you are only charged for the pages you intend to print. To correct the page count:

  1. Log in to Your HP Instant Ink Account:
  • Visit HP Instant Ink.
  • Sign in using your HP account credentials.

    2. Check Your Printing History:
  • Go to the "My Plan & Pages" section.
  • Review your recent print jobs to confirm the 50-page count.

    3. Report the Issue:
  • Look for the option to "Report a Problem" or "Request a Page Credit."
  • Explain that the printer mistakenly printed 50 blank pages instead of the 5 intended pages

If you still have trouble, please do keep us posted and I will surely try to check and get all the help.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
