How do I cancel paper plan that i never signed up for or received any paper but it keeps showing up on bills!!

Sign into your account:

Home / Home Office: Sign into your Instant Ink account

If you are enrolled in the Paper Add-on, the option to remove it will appear on the main overview screen.
