I'm not a happy customer cause I learned you can only add on the printer paper program once; if it is canceled for some reason; you are not able to enroll again. Can you re-look into this and see how a person can keep getting the paper even tho it was canceled for a some reason? I would sure appreciate it because I really liked getting both ink and paper when I ran out. It's a good service and hoping I an re-enroll with ink and paper once again!
Satisfied but not satisfied!

Hi @katiekmmm,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It seems you're interested in re-enrolling in the HP Instant Ink program after cancellation, which can indeed be a concern for many users.
Direct Re-enrollment Attempt: If you have already canceled your HP Instant Ink service but wish to re-enroll, you might be able to do so by logging into your HP Instant Ink account. Look for a re-enroll option on the right side of the page after you log in. If your cancellation is still in process, or if you are within the same billing cycle as your cancellation, you might have the option to stop the cancellation and keep your enrollment. If your account shows "Not Enrolled" or the printer doesn't appear in your account (indicating the cancellation has been completed), you'll need to follow the standard process for enrolling in HP Instant Ink as if starting anew.
Enrolling as a New Printer: In cases where a printer is no longer eligible for re-enrollment through the user's existing account due to previous cancellation, HP's advice suggests enrolling the printer as a new device. This method involves following the usual steps for enrolling a new printer in the HP Instant Ink program
- Sign into your Instant Ink account
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
