hi all, so i added the 'paper add on' service to my account, believing that each month i would get a paper delivery. I've been paying for this service for 5 months and not received a pack of paper. I had one paper shipment and that was with the free trial, i pay £3.50 for this service and when i question Hp, i am told its for the 100 pages of paper on my ink subscription even though that is already included in my ink subscription. just wondering if anyone else if having this issue as paying £3.50 per month and not receiving paper really isn't worth it.
