I had to update my credit card on my account to pay my bill. And then I was trying to figure out how to pay my bill and using the app was totally unhelpful. Does anybody know how to pay your bill on the app? Thank you for any help!

I totally understand how frustrating it can be when you're just trying to pay your bill, but the app isn't making things easy for you. I'd be happy to help!

 

Just to clarify a few things so I can guide you better:

 

  1. Which HP app are you using? (HP Smart, HP Instant Ink, or another one?)
  2. Are you seeing any specific error messages when you try to make a payment?
  3. Have you already updated your payment method successfully, or are you running into issues with that as well?
