I am paying regularly for HP Instant Ink but my dashboard is saying I'm not enrolled. Please can someone from HP resolve this for me? I need more ink.

If you are paying for HP Instant Ink but your dashboard is not reflecting the payment, you may want to take the following steps.

 

  • Check your payment method: Ensure that your payment method is valid and up to date. If you recently changed your payment method or if your credit card has expired, your payment may not have been processed.
  • Check your account status: Log in to your HP Instant Ink account and check your account status. If your account is inactive, your payments may not be reflected in the dashboard.
  • Keep track of your billing statements: Make sure to keep track of your billing statements and payments. This will help you to identify any discrepancies and to ensure that you are being charged correctly.
