HP ENVY Inspire 7921e All-in-One Printer

My ink subscription was cancelled back in June .

The subscription did not meet my printing needs.

I am unable to actually print from my printer because there was a charge that should have been  made after cancellation.

I have tried chat on messenger and also WhatsApp. And I am becoming increasingly frustrated as in the last 2 days no one has actually provided a solution.

I want to make a payment and was advised to go to my account then click billing and I can make a payment from there..which is not possible as all I see are my card details nothing to click to make a payment!!!!

Is there an actual solution to this??? I bought my printer to use for my job and obviously until that last payment is made I am unable to print anything!!

The word frustrating is n understatement !!!

Hi @Tia1933,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I understand how frustrating this situation can be, especially when it affects your ability to print for work. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the issue with your HP ENVY Inspire 7921e printer and the ink subscription payment.

Double-Check Subscription Status: Make sure that the subscription has indeed been canceled. You can verify this by logging into your HP account and checking the subscription section. If it's still active, you'll need to cancel it.

Access Billing Section: If you can only see your card details and not an option to make a payment, try the following:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies or try accessing your account using a different browser or device.
  • Ensure you are logged into the correct HP account associated with your printer.

Hopefully, these steps will help you resolve the issue quickly!

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
