I have been trying for the past 2 hours to sort my account out I updated my payment and £1 was taken from my bank I waited 40 mins and no payment was taken and account still says suspended payment method issue 2 hrs in and still getting no where and I am trying to print important papers I need to send withing the next 24 hrs and I can't find help anywhere to resolve this issue

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?
If yes and there is an issue with the payment update, I recommend you contact phone support to sort this out.
