HP DeskJet 2721 All-in-One Printer

I have recently received a new bank card so I initially missed a payment of instant ink subscription but once I noticed this I changed to my new card straight away.  However after this I got notification after notification saying my account will be suspended if I do not pay…even tho the money was in and the card was changed, I obviously emailed the company thinking they could help me better but no response! Now my account is suspended and it probably doesn’t look good that I have missed payments from an issue on HPs side, not mine! What can I do?!?!  Not a very good experience and if this has happened to anyone else, I would not recommend this service as it’s not providing as should!

Hi @EmilyThompson,

Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see that your billing information needs to be updated on your HP instant ink account as you have received a new card.

Please follow the steps listed below to update the billing information:
Change payment information for Home / Home Office

  1. Sign into your Instant Ink account.
  2. Click Account in the left menu, then Billing.
  3. Click Change Payment Method to open the Billing details window.

NOTE:

  • Re-enter all information, including card number, CVV, and expiration date.
  • Make sure postal codes are in the correct format.
  • Each subscribed Home / Home Office printer is billed separately.
