Hello i have set up instant ink yesterday for 6months trial but have been charged already.. Although its pending in my acc will this be credited back soon.. Thank david

To look into this issue, I would need a few details. 

 

I am sending you a private message with the information required. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.

 

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,

Next, to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

hello im starting to lose my patients about this and the time scale you need to resolve this issue..you have taken money from my account although still pending which i cant use, because of this and payments shouldn't start till next year as i have 6months free..i gather if i owed you money but would be slightly quicker in dealing with this..looking forward to your resolution..regards david
