HP Desktop PC M01-F3000a (6G6E4AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

After purchasing a new desktop, monitor & printer online, with all my personal details with mobile phone number, the new account details requested will not accept my mobile phone number, keep saying it is invalid, even though it is sending me code texts, so the number must be in the system. I've tried other HP apps & formats ,but it will not accept my phone number !
