Hi,
Can anyone recommend a paper for printing photos with instant ink? Every single one I have tried the black ink just rubs straight off. Thought it was the paper but seems to be the ink cartridges 😔

Check the way the paper is loaded - it sounds like the print side is wrong.

What else?
Set the settings for Quality to no more than "normal" to keep too much ink from being dumped on the paper.

Lol no definitely printing in the right side although at this point printing on the back would be better!!
Have tried printing on normal instead of best and It does exactly the same. Even bought hp paper as I thought maybe generic wasn't good enough. Does the same.

Ick. Technical term meaning the same thing. Smiling.
No idea - except, yes, it appears the ink cartridges might be the culprit.
The Trouble shooting document covers "black ink not printing" and that sort of issue.
It does appear the prints are getting too much ink.
Color or Black Ink Not Printing
Cleaning might help, of course, but it doesn't seem like the same thing...
Rats.
I am going to ask for help from an Instant Ink agent.
