Product: HP DeskJet 4122e All-in-One Printer
My printer is enrolled in Instant Ink; it ran out of ink two months ago and now prints only yellow and a little blue, yet the online app shows the cartridge as full. I’ve tried reinstalling the HP app and drivers and restarting the printer, but it still shows a full cartridge. There is an icon on the printer display showing an envelope with a drop. I pay for the Instant Ink subscription, yet I don't have the ink to print.
