HP OfficeJet Pro 8125 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Dear HP Friends.

I have been a loyal HP customer for decades and am requesting assistance from a supervisor or Tier‑2 support regarding my Instant Ink annual plan.

I recently purchased a new HP 8125 printer, which includes three free months of Instant Ink as part of the product bundle. I already have an active annual Instant Ink plan with eight months remaining.

I understand that the automated system applies free months only to new enrollments. However, this is a case where I have upgraded to a new HP printer, not started service with a competitor or attempted to stack promotions. I am simply asking that the promotional benefit bundled with the printer be honored by extending the expiration date of my existing annual plan by three months.

I am not requesting a refund, a plan change, or any special pricing — only that the benefit associated with the new printer be applied to my account.

The first‑tier response I received did not address the fairness of this situation, and I would appreciate review by someone who has the authority to make exceptions.

I am obsessed with the principle of this matter and need your help.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Blessings, Russ.
