Product: HP ENVY 5546 All-in-One Printer

I have been printing a booklet that is 2 sided and no blank pages - the printer has jammed many many times and because it is a booklet you cannot just print the pages it jammed on it has to all be printed.  not only that it keeps feeding out blank pages (1 for every copy that is printed - bearing in mind it keeps jamming so there is almost double the copies had to be printed than needed) - that Instaink is counting in their page count as prints even though in the whole document there is not 1 blank page!  Anyone have any ideas what can be done in this situation I have 140 8 page booklets to print so it has racked up to a large number of pages included in the count that is not actual prints! HP are a nightmare to get in touch with.  I do not want to pay £44.99 for a plan that I wouldn't even be near my page limit had these jams and unused pages not been counted in their page count! I'm desperate.
