Thank you for reaching out. If you'd like to cancel the HP Paper Add-on from your Instant Ink subscription but keep the ink plan active, follow these steps:
 

  1. Log in to your HP Instant Ink account at the HP Instant Ink page.
  2. Go to the Account Settings or My Plan section.
  3. Locate the Paper Add-on option.
  4. Click Edit or Manage Plan.
  5. Select Cancel Paper Add-on — this will remove only the paper delivery service.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm the cancellation.

Important:

  • This process will cancel paper delivery but will not affect your current Ink Subscription.
  • You can re-enable the paper service at any time if needed.
