I was using the HP ink scheme for a long time and  the printer did not boot just freezing so I had been unable to use it at all. I cancelled the subscription and there is still  about a month left after I paid this month's fee. So I wasted one month's worth of cost of the subscription. 

 

Now I have bought a new printer and it uses different ink cartridges from the old printer. And I want to use the 9-month trial subscription included in the purchase. I cannot complete the setup. It keeps showing me the message "There was s problem finalizing your subscription (GSS001) when I touch the thing "Start Paid Service". 

 

Please can you resolve this issue as I had been unable to use printer whilst paying the subscription and now had to pay for a new printer etc, which has been quite unpleasant.
