I am still waiting for ink. Supposedly on its way. Tracking says same message - not yet passed to Royal Mail. I cannot print and it is costing money to get printing done outside.

How do I get it sorted ?

I hear that you did not receive the Ink Supply.

Could you please share the serial number of your printer, an Instant Ink account number, or a registered email ID in a private message?

Please help us by providing the Product serial number or product number in a private message so we can assist further.
