The post office returned my ink. They could not read address. I still have no ink. I cannot get to talk to anyone, or get past virtual agent and support is always closed. I bought the Envy 5020 printer and signed up to instant ink. I guess my printer thinks I just have not put in new ink and HP have dispatched the ink. Anyone know how I can resolve this please? Thank u
