Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a prepaid card for instant ink but when i put in the code it says it hasnt been activated. I have put the code in exactly as it is written. I cant afford to waste the money.

  • Where did you purchase the card from?
  • Could you share the screenshot of the error screen?

I got it from currys. It was saying not activated now it says server error
