I agreed to a contracted amount of $1.99 per month for 50 pages. I printed about 10 pages last month max. I just got a bill for $2.99. Why am I getting charged when I didn’t print 50 pages and why did they increase The amount that I agreed to pay? I tried chatting with someone and I could tell it was a bot because after 20 minutes, they still kept telling me that they were trying to work on the answer. I’m just going to cancel this plan if a human does not contact me. I’m sick and tired of dealing with bots.

Speak with a Support team agent to have all your questions and concerns answered.

 

At this writing

In so much that I am aware, Instant Ink Support regional offices are not staffed by "bots".

 

Should you not wish to wait,
Cannot / will not contact Instant ink Support,

Cannot stand it, and want to throw up hands,

Then

Yes, you always have the option to cancel the contract.
