I subscribe to instant ink. The current month's status shows that I printed 46 pages on January 11, 2023, and my maximum limit is 50 pages. I hardly printed any pages this month, and definitely not 46 page at one time on January 11th. I think the status is in error. Can you tell me how they got the count wrong and can you help correct it? Thanks.
