I subscribed an HP Instant Ink contract. Now, after a couple of years, out of the guarantee, my printer doesn't print the black anymore! I'm quite sure that the ink is finished, even if the online information say the contrary. I did several times the cleaning at the first and the second level, without any result. Unfortunately HP doesn't send me a new cartridge, because for them the ink is enough. And, of course, I cannot have any kind of assistance without pay!!! This forum is the last opportunity.
It seems a good manner to cheat me, sorry!
