Solved!

Print cartridge error

I am getting an error that says to remove and reinstall the black cartridge. I’ve done that, as well as the color, attempted a hard reset, and finally replaced the current cartridge with an older empty one that was waiting to be sent back.

 

I am still, two weeks later, unable to print, although the old cartridge clears the error. I need a new black cartridge sent to me immediately. Virtual assistant is worthless and despite asking to speak to an agent, I’ve still been able to get no help, repeatedly. 

I have attached the picture of the error that I am receiving to this message.
