Does anyone know why my printer will not accept the paper I'm using called Colorlok. It's asking me to use Colorlok paper but it's not accepting it.

  • The specifications of the Colorlok paper (size, weight, type—such as plain, photo, or specialty).
  • Whether the printer rejects the paper immediately or only during certain print jobs.

This information will help in identifying why the printer is not recognizing or accepting the paper correctly.
