Print quality extremely poor

HP Recommended
HP deskjet 2635
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My printer is new and barely used.  Still has the ink cartridges it came with.  Print quality was always terrible.  I have aligned the cartridges and cleaned the print heads (level 2 as well), with no change.  Please advise.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

 

To resolve print quality issues, kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document.
