Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9022e All-in-One Printer

Hello, I would like to print with my printer using free cartridges. Until recently, this was possible with the cartridges used. I disconnected it from the mains or switched off the power and since then it recognizes external cartridges and no longer wants to print. I have reset it to factory settings, but unfortunately hp+ does not allow me to print without the original cartridges.

Now i get this 

The printer cannot be registered for your account.
A technical problem may have occurred.
Select Request support for further assistance to resolve this issue.
In the meantime, make sure that your printer is switched on and that your mobile device or computer and the printer are connected to the Internet.
(Error Code: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001)

Hp +j was installed

What can I do?
