Hello, My HP Instant Ink is suspended, and keeps saying to update my payment method. I have updated the payment numerous times, same card same information. Sometimes it takes it sometimes it does not. I connected to chat to discuss and hopefully fix theses issues just to be met with being treated disrespectful and basically called a lier. Was told repeatedly that I owe money, but it shows in my bank account money was taken by hp and on my hp account it shows the current amount due for current billing cycle and that they were paid. Hp lectured me about paying the bill on time and keeping the payment method updated. Payment method is correct, same card same info sometimes takes payments or says update payment . I am disabled and don’t have much money, sometimes I have to wait until the next pay check to pay ( it’s either print pages or eat, etc.. at times ), and hp doesn’t have an option to change payment dates. Because of not being able to pay on the day they want I was auccussed of lying about paying my hp bills even though I have evidence of hp taking the money out of my account. Hp agent told me to call my bank to ask them about the money taken out by hp , that hp is denying. The hp agent told me, their computers / payment system doesn’t mess up or make mistakes.
Never treated so terribly like this before. I did some research and found there have been many others that had the same issues I am having. I told this to the agent and they didn’t even care. I even offered bank statements that payments were taken out by hp, no response about that either. Just repeatedly telling me I owe money and where to see it, their computers don’t make mistakes, to call my bank, Etc.. why treating me like I am stupid.
worst customer service ever!!
btw: my bank says hp did take the money out and the mess up is on hp.
