I understand you’ve disposed of your HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer and now want to cancel the HP Instant Ink contract that supplied the cartridges.
Here’s how you can cancel the subscription so you don’t continue to be billed:

1. Sign in to HP Instant Ink

Go to hpinstantink.com/signin.

Sign in using the same HP account you used for the printer.

If you’ve forgotten the password, click “Forgot password?” to reset it.

2. Locate Your Old Printer

After signing in, you’ll see the printer listed on your dashboard.

If you had more than one printer enrolled, make sure to select the ENVY 4527.

3. Cancel the Plan

Select the printer → go to “Manage Subscription” or “Manage Plan.”

Click “Cancel Subscription.”

Follow the on-screen steps to confirm cancellation.

Once cancelled, any unused prepaid pages or rollover pages are forfeited.

4. Understand Post-Cancellation Rules

After cancellation, any Instant Ink cartridges will stop working because they are tied to the subscription.

You can recycle the unused Instant Ink cartridges using the prepaid envelopes (if you still have them) or through local recycling programs.

You can use standard retail HP 302/304 cartridges (depending on your region) in any future printer.

5. Billing Confirmation

You will be billed for any printing done up until the cancellation date.

HP will email you a final invoice and confirmation of contract closure.
