I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 8025. I have been enrolled in the Instant Ink Program since I purchase unit years ago. The printer will not print or scan because it states that I need to enroll in a plan. I am enrolled, payments are being charged/made every month automatically. I updated the drivers, made any updates, disconnected and reconnect from WiFi and reset to factory settings. I tried to disconnect from network and reconnect but it states I cannot because I do not have the Instant Ink Program. I checked past answers but nothing is working. Both the computer and laptop are showing in the network.

Hi @Mary60071, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 is stuck in a loop where it doesn’t recognize your Instant Ink enrollment despite being actively subscribed. Since you’ve already tried several troubleshooting steps, here’s what you can do next:
Steps to Fix the Instant Ink Enrollment Issue
1. Verify Instant Ink Subscription Status
- Log in to HP Instant Ink with your HP account.
- Check if your printer is listed under your subscription and if the status is active.
- If your subscription is paused or inactive, try reactivating it.
2. Manually Sync Instant Ink Subscription
- On the printer’s control panel, navigate to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Update Printer
- Select Refresh Instant Ink (this forces a connection with HP’s servers).
- Restart the printer and check if it recognizes the subscription.
3. Update HP Web Services
- On the printer control panel, go to Setup > Web Services
- If Web Services is off, turn it on.
- If it’s already on, disable and then re-enable it to force a reconnection.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
