You have hijacked my printer. It does not work. You say I am using hon HP cartridges, but that is not true. I am using yhour lousy cartridges and they do not work except to print your error pages. I am annoyed. I was promised a phone call by a management person last week. It never happened. I am unable to find a telephone number to talk with someone. your automated system wants to send a text message to my land line phone. Any idiot would know that does not work. Please have someone in authority call me at [personal info removed]. My lousy , non owrking printer is still under warranty. Ray DeVries
