macOS 10.15 Catalina

Have been unable to connect to web services.  Printer cannot connect to internet.  All other devices on network are working fine.  WIFI indicator is solid blue and I can access the EWS.  I can see the printer on the router through my router's portal.  

 

I have tried various versions of rebooting routers, modems, and the printer.

I have tried assigning manual ip addresses and changing the DNS to google's servers.

I have tried bypassing the router by logging in with my iPhones hot spot.  

I have tried removing and enabling web services. 

 

What next?
