Lately each time I print on my Envy 5032 I get a message to remove and replace my cartridge, I do this and it works. Today I was half way through a 28 page document when it stopped printing half way through a page and will not continue. I checked my instant ink account and it says my black and white cartridge is OK. So now what do I do?

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve the cartridge error on your HP Envy 5032 printer. If cleaning the cartridge does not resolve the issue you can remove the black cartridge and print in reserve mode.
The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
